Delete Account

You can permanently delete your account and all of your data. There are two ways: delete it yourself in the app, or ask us by email.
1. In the app
- Open Odovia and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab in the bottom bar.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and turn on "I understand, delete permanently".
- Tap Permanently delete my account.
The deletion happens immediately and the app signs you out.
2. By email
If you cannot access the app, email destek@aracbakim.online from the address registered to your account with the subject "Account deletion request". Writing from the registered address is enough to verify you. We complete such requests within 30 days at the latest — in practice within a few business days — and confirm the result to you.
What gets deleted
- Account details (name, email, password hash, language and currency preference)
- Vehicles and their details
- Odometer readings
- Expense records
- Fuel entries
- Service records
- Reminders
- Receipt images, the text read from them and the parsed fields
- Session tokens on every device
Timing
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Daily backups are kept for 7 days, so deleted records disappear from backups within 7 days.
Keeping a copy first
If you want to keep your data, export it from Settings > Data as CSV (expenses) or JSON (everything) before deleting.
